Rachel Bateman Consultancy

A Provider of Professional Employment law and Human Resource Services

Employment law is a complicated and constantly evolving part of the legislative framework. It faces many challenges, not least the balance between the rights of the employer and employee in ensuring a satisfactory and appropriate workplace. There are many strengths to the legislation, but also weaknesses arising from the spectrum of interpretation that can require detailed consideration and assessment.

There are current extraordinary factors that are affecting our employment law; opportunities for the legislation to adapt following the exit from the EU, and the myriad support and schemes for employers and employees that the Government has introduced to combat the challenges to businesses arising from the Coronavirus pandemic.

Rachel Bateman can provide professional expertise to help and guide you with any employment issue; giving clear and uncomplicated explanations to problems and advising on the implications of your actions and the best routes forward for you.
